Scheduling and visit flow
Book, reschedule, cancel, and track no-shows across locations, with a stage board that follows each visit from check-in to checkout.
One record per patient, one workflow per visit, and money that reconciles at the end of the day.
Book, reschedule, cancel, and track no-shows across locations, with a stage board that follows each visit from check-in to checkout.
Required screening questions and contraindication checkpoints must clear before treatment stages can be advanced.
Template-driven notes, provider signatures, and immutable signed versions. Corrections are recorded as addenda, never silent edits.
Server-priced orders, service deposits, refunds, patient balances, and payment plans, with money reports for the day.
Service catalog with per-location availability, package wallets that draw down redemptions, and stock movement tracking.
Daily money, daily schedule, and outstanding balance reports, plus an append-only audit log for every read of patient data.
Every account in EMR Chart is created deliberately by a person who already has a relationship with the recipient.
The clinic owner registers at emrchart.com and verifies their email address. Each practice is a separate tenant with its own data, roles, and locations.
Staff accounts exist only by invitation from an administrator of that practice. Invitations are single-use links that expire, and accounts require unique credentials.
Portal access is issued by clinic staff to patients of that practice. There is no public patient self-signup, and we never import, buy, or rent contact lists.
EMR Chart sends four transactional messages, all of them triggered by a specific action a person took inside the product. We do not send newsletters, promotions, product announcements, or any other marketing email, and message bodies never contain clinical information.
Hard bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically and are never retried. Full details, including how to stop receiving mail from us, are on the email practices page.
